Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This is one of my favorite quick breakfasts lately. The best part? It's only about 250 calories! I added a small bit of toasted coconut for a little texture, and the coconut compliments the peanut butter and brings out the banana flavor nicely. It also only takes about 5 minutes to make. Easy on your timeline and your waistline? Sign me up!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut

  • 6-8 ice cubes


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
