This is one of my favorite quick breakfasts lately. The best part? It's only about 250 calories! I added a small bit of toasted coconut for a little texture, and the coconut compliments the peanut butter and brings out the banana flavor nicely. It also only takes about 5 minutes to make. INGREDIENTS:
1 large banana
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup toasted coconut
6-8 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
